Meditative practices can be silent, recited, or chanted, with or without instruments. <\/p>\n<p>The courses in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhagpo-kundreul-ling.org\/en\/program\/\" rel=\"noopener\">the program at Dhagpo Kundreul Ling<\/a> introduce us to these various meditative practices. It is then possible to practise them regularly, either alone or in a group, at home or in a centre.
