As our mind becomes relaxed, events that usually disturb us lose their importance and we consider them less dramatically. Through meditation, the mind gradually learns to no longer be distracted by circumstances. When the mind is not affected by internal and external movements, it is able to discover its own stability and tranquility. A stable, undisturbed mind leads us to experience less suffering in our life.

Speakers:
Emmanuelle Charenton and Sylvain Clénet.

Useful book:
Boundless Awakening: The Heart of Buddhist Meditation, by Shamar Rinpoche.

Information :
Languages: This program is also available in English and German, by request at the time of registration.
Location: Temple of Laussedat.
The course starts at 10am.

Contribution per day: €21 (support) / €14 (classic).

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=”https://zopa.dhagpo-kundreul-ling.org/” url_new_window=”on” button_text=”Zöpa web (online registration)” button_alignment=”center” _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_button][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” background_enable_color=”off” custom_margin=”||1px||false|false” custom_padding=”4px||8px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”12px|auto||auto||” custom_padding=”25px||0px||false|false” border_width_top=”1px” border_color_top=”gcid-be4160e1-91ba-4b96-90f9-38b95bdcd526″ border_style_top=”dotted” global_colors_info=”{%22gcid-be4160e1-91ba-4b96-90f9-38b95bdcd526%22:%91%22border_color_top%22%93}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”gcid-053fa510-1ad1-458d-a8a8-703b5b7e11ab” custom_padding=”||0px|||” global_colors_info=”{%22gcid-053fa510-1ad1-458d-a8a8-703b5b7e11ab%22:%91%22text_text_color%22%93}”]

MEDITATION

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_4,3_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” custom_padding=”28px||20px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_4″ _builder_version=”4.21.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https://sitekl07102025.dhagpo-sandbox.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/Chenerezig-2.png” title_text=”Chenerezig (2)” _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”3_4″ _builder_version=”4.21.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” min_height=”39px” custom_margin=”||0px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”]

From Tuesday, July 1st, to Sunday, July 6

Course cancelled

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” text_text_color=”gcid-primary-color” custom_margin=”||6px|||” global_colors_info=”{%22gcid-primary-color%22:%91%22text_text_color%22%93}”]

Bodhisattva Chenrezig – Practice Accumulation

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]

Cultivating Universal Compassion

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” custom_margin=”|auto|1px|auto||” custom_padding=”9px||20px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.21.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” min_height=”493px” custom_margin=”||6px|||” custom_padding=”||18px|||” global_colors_info=”{}”]

One aspect of wisdom is the expression of the qualities of the awakened mind present in everyone.

Speakers:
Lama Teundroup Puntso and Sylvain Clénet.

Useful book:
Boundless Awakening: The Heart of Buddhist Meditation, by Shamar Rinpoche.

Information:
This course is intended for those already familiar with the practice of meditation. It is the process by which we experience the conditions we encounter, whether they are pleasant or unpleasant. The word karma means ‘action’ and refers to acts that we have performed and that we are performing, motivated by the different states of mind that pass through us. Working on our own mind leads us to gradually free ourselves from the grip of events so that we can approach them in a more constructive and creative way. The second truth explains how different states of mind and the actions that result from them are the causes for the appearance of worlds and beings. This second truth is the cause of the first, the truth of suffering; it is to be abandoned.

It is presented in two parts: actions and afflicting obscurations. The afflicting obscurations are the causes of actions. Their definitions, the cause of their appearance, the way they function and unfold, etc. are explained.

Speakers:
Lama Trinlé Dorjé and Sylvain Clénet.

Useful book:
Boundless Awakening: The Heart of Buddhist Meditation, by Shamar Rinpoche.

Information:
Languages: This program is also available in English and German, by request at the time of registration.
Location: Temple of Laussedat.
The course starts at 10am.

Contribution per day: €21 (support) / €14 (classic).

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_button button_url=”https://zopa.dhagpo-kundreul-ling.org/” url_new_window=”on” button_text=”Zöpa web (online registration)” button_alignment=”center” _builder_version=”4.27.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_button][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][/et_pb_section]

Program June to September 2025The program of Dhagpo Kundreul LingCultivate Your Inner WealthEveryone aspires to lasting happiness free from all suffering.
